In a historic moment for African music, the 67th Grammy Awards have recognized Nigerian stars Yemi Alade, Asake, Wizkid, Davido, Lojay, Burna Boy, and Tems in the ‘Best African Music Performance’ category.
These artists, known for their unique sounds and global influence, showcase the diversity and vibrancy of African music.
Additionally, Tems received another nod in the ‘Best R&B Song’ category alongside Ronald Banful for their track ‘Burning,’ further underscoring her crossover success and the rising profile of African talent on the international stage.
