The ceremony, which was hosted by British singer Rita Ora, also included an emotional tribute to One Direction’s Liam Payne, who tragically passed away on October 16 after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina. Ora, who had a close friendship with Payne, broke down in tears as she remembered him, saying, “Liam Payne was one of the kindest people I knew… He had the biggest heart and left such a mark on this world.”
